The Company takes all appropriate action to directly or indirectly promote the purpose of the Company.
In particular, the Company can provide consulting services in various fields and can invest in other companies with the same or a similar purpose in Germany or abroad. It can assume responsibility for managing these companies, participate in them as a general partner, combine some or all of them under unified management, acquire or lease similar companies, establish regional offices in Germany and abroad, and conduct any other transactions that appear to be suitable, directly or indirectly, for promoting the purpose of the Company.
Holger Rumscheidt has been providing consulting services since 2014 from his residence in Austria (Kirchberg in Tirol), using his Austrian business entity.
